Design Sweets is a curated directory of design tools and resources, run by Sergei Chyrkov. This policy explains what we collect when you visit designsweets.co, subscribe, submit a resource, or request a featured placement.

Using the site is also covered by our Terms.

Information we collect

We only collect what a given action needs:

• Browsing. You can read the library without an account. Analytics tools may record pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, device, and browser details.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email and an optional signup source (for example, footer or newsletter page) so we can send Design Sweets Weekly.
• Resource submissions. The submit form collects the tool name, URL, cover image URL, category, pricing, description, and your email so we can review the pick and follow up.
• Featured placement requests. The sponsor form collects your name, email, product name, URL, cover image URL, description, chosen category, placement, and duration so we can reply with availability and next steps.

Submissions and placement requests are emailed to us for review. They are not published automatically. A listing only appears after we add it to the catalog.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Send the newsletter you signed up for
• Review suggested resources and featured placement requests
• Reply about listings, availability, and payment details
• Understand which pages are useful and keep the site working

We do not sell your personal information.

Services that process data for us

We use a few third parties to run the site. They only get what they need to provide that service:

• Hosting and delivery: Vercel
• Public catalog storage: Supabase
• Newsletter delivery: Loops, when the newsletter is configured
• Form notifications: Resend, sent to hello@designsweets.co
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics

Featured placements are requested through the form. If you later pay for a slot, payment is handled off this form and may use a third-party processor. That provider will receive the payment details you give them.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics may set cookies to measure traffic. Ahrefs Analytics is used for search and traffic insights. Essential cookies may also be used to keep the site working. We do not run advertising pixels or sell browsing data.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate and paid links use rel="sponsored" where applicable.

Featured and sponsored listings

Partner listings are paid placements. They can sit in the homepage Featured row, pin the top of a category shelf and that category page, or both. They are labeled Partner and never mixed into editor's picks. Current starting prices are $249/mo for homepage featured, $149/mo for a category pin, and $349/mo for both — see Feature your tool. How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Submission and placement emails are kept long enough to review and reply. Published catalog entries (name, URL, description, image, and similar listing details) stay public until we update or remove them. Analytics is retained according to each provider's settings.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any email. To ask us to delete a submission, placement request, or newsletter address, email hello@designsweets.co.
